This site emphasizes plant families and identification terminology covered in Biology 430, Plant Classification & Indentification at Brigham Young University. A few families not detailed during the semester are also be included – use your syllabus/course pack as a guide to study. This site is intended to facilitate learning rather than as a substitute for attending class or lab.

With the ability to update a previous version of this site constructed with the long since deprecated iWeb becoming increasingly difficult, an effort to transition to EverWeb was made in 2021. That transition is a work in progress--what is here is under construction, incomplete, perpetually added to, and occasionally improved as time permits.
